Chalet 'Fleur de Sologne' is in a residential park called of free time 'Grands Gâts ' right in the center of Sologne , at the exit of a small very typical village ' Souvigny in Sologne ' .It is edged with forest and with a splendid pond in a greenery environment with a communal arborétum. All chalets of the park are built in half-timberings in the same style, additional charm in already special environment.This park is closed to the public by a barrier with a beep, next to the home of the caretaker. It has a tennis court (profitable access), a swimming pool shared between the inhabitants (free access) and a ground of bowls(also free).The park is full of flowers, trees, grass and adjoins a splendid pond edged with forest. Around : Fishing, Golfs, horses, ball traps, walks in nature and forest, Châteaux de la Loire...

Jolie maison extérieurement avec un fort potentiel mais qui mériterait d'être rajeunit et être un peu plus propre.
