Great property, 3 double rooms all with washing facilities, large spacious living area and well appointed kitchen. Outdoor space was fabulous, great pool, plenty of shade or sun whatever your preference, lots of seating areas and sun loungers. In a beautiful thriving town, great market and restaurants and a short drive from lake Cassien. All facilities in walking distance but you feel like you are in the middle of nowhere due to the peace and beautiful planting. Host was really helpful and came very early to water plants so as not to disrupt your stay. Fab

We had an excellent time staying for a week at this villa. Sylvie could not have been a more considerate host. She gave us a great welcome and was always available to deal with any matters that might arise. No problems at all arose throughout the week we were there. Everything was very satisfactory. The house is attractive and comfortable. The pool is perfect. All the bits and pieces that visitors look for in a house to make their stay comfortable were there. A happy and memorable visit. Around 40 mins from Nice airport, we chose this property as it had a pool & was well located for day trips to beach/towns (Nice, Cannes, Grasse, Sainte Maxime etc). Sylvie is an excellent host & communicated well on the run up & whilst we were there, getting some food and drink in for us as it was a late Sunday Check in. The house was clean, with all necessary appliances (including washing machine/drier so don’t take too many clothes!). Wi-fI was plentiful for phones and iPads. Good sized supermarket (SuperU) walking distance away. Fayence centre is a 10-15 minute walk away with lots of eateries. Time of year we went there were mosquitoes (as there are in most places along the south of France) so just make sure you spray the rooms before bed time and use citronella outside on the patio. Would recommend to return. Great value
