About this apartment rental
At the exit of the village of Germany in Provence, in a quiet area, 40m² adjoining apartment with two terraces and a small garden. New construction meeting sound and thermal insulation standards (RT 2012).
You will benefit from an open kitchen (combined fridge freezer, electric oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, Senseo coffee maker ...) on living room (convertible bed 140/200), a bedroom (bed 160 / 200), a bathroom with WC and a washing machine.
You will take advantage outside of a garden planted with oaks with armchairs where you can rest, enjoy the calm and relax. As well as a terrace shaded by shade sail where you can take your meals.
For your grills, a gas plancha is available on the terrace.
Senseo coffee maker and filter coffee maker present in the apartment.
We do not accept animals.
Special Curist rate for 3 weeks: from € 695. Tariff according to the period.
Possibility to rent an inflatable Up Paddle stand on site. Pump, paddle, vest provided. Additional rate: 20 € per day, 60 € per week, cash payment or check.
To be expected: tourist tax of € 0.9 per adult per day to be paid upon arrival. Payment in cash or bank check.
Deposit of 400 € for the apartment and 35 € for the household deposit. To give when you arrive. Security deposit not debited; Payment in cash or bank check.
