We had a very nice stay in Petit Palais 2: everything was very meticulous and comfortable; easily accessible - with a lift and close to the metro; great balcony and good working a/c. Even coffee was present and the host was very kind and communicative.

Our stay here was quite nice, the apartment was very well equipped, we had everything we needed. It was in excellent condition and was exactly like the pictures. It was nice being close to the metro and we stumbled upon a large open air market nearby with the best fruits and veggies we’ve ever had. Mariza was very helpful. Lovely place.

This place has everything you need to enjoy a stay in Athens. It's roomy and well furnished. There are even a lot of the types of things in drawers or cabinets someone would have in their own home. The kitchen is great for making your own dinner. With enough dishes and pans.
It has a grocery about a 5 minute walk away and a handful of decent restaurants. It's also a very short (2 to 3 minute) walk from a red line metro station. Not only is it close but most popular places you want to go are just a stop or two away. This makes it a great home base.
Mariza is great and gave us a lot of great info about Athens and made us feel at home. She even has a homemade guide book in the unit with great info.
We would definitely stay here again.

Ein erstaunliches Haus mit ruhiger und familiärer Umgebung und leichter anbindung zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten.
Voll ausgestattet, Komfortabel, Modern, mit großen Terrassen.
