Proche de la ville (10mn)du lac (20mn)
De la piscine (30mn) de la cure (5mn) a pieds
Propre et bien aménagé il est agréable
Un garage non négligeable
Seul bémol la rue et le bruit de la circulation au pied de l'immeuble qui coupe le plaisir d'avoir un beau balcon ou il est possible de manger

Appartement très fonctionnel et de bonne tenue. Proche des Thermes et du Centre. De cet appartement nous pouvons faire tout à pied. L'accès au lac est très rapide et une belle promenade s'offre à nous. Le seul inconvénient est
l'emplacement de l'immeuble à un carrefour. Bruyant
Je conseille l'installation d'une climatisation pour éviter les bruits de la rue.
