About this villa rental
Charming traditional villa of 140 m2 south facing in the Luberon.
Perfect for a family, with private heated pool of 9m X 4m without vis-à-vis and its pool house of 40 m2 fully equipped (BBQ, plancha, fridge etc ...). An enclosed garden of 1100 m2, with petanque, table tennis.
Every Sunday, we like to offer our guests, breakfast (fresh bread and pastries ...) to cocooner a little ... We also take care of the maintenance of the pool every week.
Our house is located at 1. 2 km from the center of Pertuis, close to all amenities, bakery, pharmacy, cinema, supermarket.
Near the city center but also vineyards and nature, lovers of walking and cycling will be delighted.
Pertuis is ideally located in the heart of Provence and Luberon, 25 minutes from Aix en Provence or Gordes, 20 minutes from Lourmarin or other small villages typical Provencal and 45 minutes from the sea (Marseille, Cassis, The Crown etc ...). The cities of Orange, Nîmes are 1 hour drive and the Côte d'Azur offers you the arms just 2 hours drive ... What discover a wide range of all that Provence and the PACA region can offer you.
Our house has on the ground floor: a master suite (bed 160) with walk-in shower, separate toilet, kitchen, a large cathedral entrance, a dining room, a lounge equipped with a baby foot Bonzini for the joy of big and small and a laundry. On the floor 2 rooms, 1 Sdb with tub and 1 TOILET.
The entire house has a refreshing floor which offers a very pleasant feeling of well being. Possibility to park in the field.
Internet connection (wifi) and telephone, large screen with video projector, television with Netflix.
During the summer you can enjoy festivals in the area as well as night markets. Pertuis is also not far from the Verdon. You will enjoy the beauty of the Luberon, its wealth, the gastronomy of Provence; You can visit the city of Aix en Provence, spend time at sea if you like, or opt for a day at the lake of Sainte Croix.

The beautiful villa in Pertuis is ideally located to discover the Luberon, Vaucluse and even the sea is close by. The home scores a 10/10 on all aspects. It mentions 2 bathrooms but you can count 3. 1 shower room with toilet in the pool house was used by our son as the 3rd . The house is well designed and very spacious. Even with hot weather the floor made of natural stone kept the house very cool. Upon arrival we were welcomed by Isabelle and Philippe . There was a welcome present (2 nice bottles and home made marmalade). Which was just the cherry on the cake. We arrived on a Saturday and the Sunday we were spoiled with breakfast. Even though the hosts were next door, they respected our privacy, but in case we needed them they would be there to help. I will recommend this villa to everyone . We were made to feel very welcome when we arrived. Phillipe and Isabelle were very discrete yet helpful hosts.
The villa is stunning and with lots of unique decorations and the outside space met all of our requirements - the garden, the pool, the outside kitchen and the ping pong table!!
Would highly recommend this property.

Vi hadde en kjempe fin ferieuke, huset var bedre enn forventet og hadde alt man trenger. Fullt utstyrt. Flott svømmebasseng og utekjøkken. Veldig stilig dekorert hus med gjennomgående provence stil. Kort avstand til pertui. Veldig hyggelig vertsskap som tok oss godt imot og hjalp oss og ga gode råd om hva vi kunne se og gjøre. Kan anbefale dette huset på det sterkeste. Masse ting å gjøre en kort biltur unna. Anbefaler en tur til chateau la coste.
