A bathroom with shower and heated towel rail, separate WC, a fitted kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher.).
Laundry room with washing machine, utility room and small garden with arbor and garden furniture.
Private parking in a very low traffic dead end.
Local shops (restaurants, crêperie, bakery, grocery store ...).
Quiet area - South exposure - Electric barbecue
Transport from Paris:
1 hour flight (Quimper) - 4 hours by train (TGV) or 6 hours by car from Paris with an arrival by the RN 165 to Quimper - Exit Pont-L'Abbé
Animals are not welcome ...

Decided to add an extra few days before a holiday booked some time ago and thought Loctudy would be interesting. So it was, property (once we found it!) was good, very clean and a comfortable bed. Owner Jerome was most helpful and we spent an interesting time out and about in the area with some good lunches coming back and enjoying a light supper in the garden.

We enjoyed a week in Loctudy. It’s a quiet, peaceful seaside town with lots of local beaches and scenery. Jerome is very helpful. The house was easy to drive to from Roscoff port. It was clean and functional, a very short walk to the restaurants and beach. Good WiFi too.

Nice house in a calm area of the small town.
Good beaches in reach and some city life as well. Jérôme is a very friendly host and takes care everything is perfect for his guests.
