79m2 apartment located in the center of the station less than 100m from the beach. it is on the second floor with elevator in a 3 story residence built in 2004. entry with closet, living room, kitchen. a room with a bed 140 with a bathroom with shower toilet sink. a room with 2 beds 90 featuring a bathroom with shower basin. there is another separate toilet in the entrance. large 16m2 balcony with table and chairs. handicapped accessible. garage.

Deux chambres, deux salles de bains, c'est appréciable. Une superbe pièce à vivre et une cuisine ouverte conviviale.
Charmant balcon pour les belles journées estivales.
Proximité de la grande plage, des commerces, des restaurants et un accueil agréable des propriétaires.
