No breakfast, but coffee and biscuits provided. Location to centre ville good.
We did not receive instructions regarding the various codes for gaining access to the property which caused us stress after a long journey, and had to phone the owner, who supplied us with the relevant details and apologized for the omission.

Very clean, good facilities and well stocked with essential crockery etc. Excellent secure parking.
Seemed to be part of a residential block of flats. Long walk to any bars etc.
