Well-appointed holiday cottage for 20 people, which simply offers everything the heart desires of activities. The house is very spacious and well dimensioned and built around 3 separate sleeping quarters. Each department has 1 bathroom plus an extra bathroom in the pool area. A total of 4 bathrooms, all have underfloor heating. All 8 bedrooms and two lofts have box mattresses. The pool area includes a large swimming pool, water slide, large built-in whirlpool and sauna for 4-6 people. The living room is tastefully decorated with modern furniture, wood-burning stove and flat-screen TV. On the other side of the centrally located dining/living room you find the activity area with a flat-screen TV and music system where you can play a game of darts, billiards or pool at the pool table, play table tennis or table football. On the big plot that surrounds the house there are swings and sandbox. Large open sun terrace and covered terrace - perfect for a nice barbecue with family and friends. Due to the size of the house the price for final cleaning on this Skanlux cottage deviates from the listed prices. Payment for consumption, cleaning and deposit must be in cash to the landlord at the house.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
