For lovers of authenticity, cocooning, charm. Duplex apartment, completely renovated.
Redecorated in a typical mountain chalet style, with noble and healthy materials ("burned" solid wood, carpet in pure new wool) and custom-made furniture. Unique pieces made exclusively for our apartment by young designer artists.
Apartment on two floors to preserve the privacy and space of all guests. Located on the 3rd and last floor, in a building composed of very few apartments, guaranteed calm and comfort.
The most significant: Closed and heated common areas with carpeted floors (in the vast majority of Avoriaz buildings, the corridors are outside and therefore very cold and in raw concrete, therefore very very noisy).
Our apartment is located in the Falaise district. Easy parking, close to ski schools, 2 minutes from the plateau (strategic meeting for lessons), close to all shops. Departure and arrival on skis. South exposure. Very large terrace. Magnificent open view of the mountain.
Falaise district, very popular for its calm, its refinement, the easy access to the car parks, its shops, the proximity of the ski departures (Plateau).
At the foot of the building, bakery, rental of skis and equipment.
NB: We provide everything you need for your arrival (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, dishwashing products, etc.) We replace them as soon as possible when we find that they are missing. However, we are not there and only come occasionally. We would therefore be grateful if you could replace what is exhausted. Thanks for your understanding.

A truly brilliant apartment in the heart of Avoriaz! We had a brilliant week in this apartment which was absolutely perfect for our family of 4. The apartment is full of character and has everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The location is ideal with ski in ski out access and plenty of restaurants and supermarkets on your doorstep. A huge balcony also has stunning views of the mountains and slopes. Would definitely recommend and we’ll certainly be returning.

This is a great little place, warm & charming and quiet in the evenings. Having two bathrooms is a great feature. Haydee was fabulous to communicate with. The only downside (and a minor issue) was not much toilet paper on arrival but with a supermarket very close, it was easy to fix 😁 Also close at hand (across the road) was a ski hire & clothing store, and a couple of restaurants serving lovely (and plentiful) dishes.

Lovely stay at Avoriaz and the apartment, great space for 2 adults snd 2 large teens. Very well located for drop off point, supermarket, slopes and ski hire. Haydee has been really helpful with all my questions, check in and out very straightforward.
Good area/lockers for ski’s, would highly recommend

L’emplacement est parfait
Décoration soignée mais la propreté laisse à désirer (coussins, plaids sur canapé sales et poussiéreux)
TV qui ne fonctionnait pas.
Cuisine : peu ou pas de rangements pour les provisions , Le frigo est trop petit pour un logement accueillant 5 personnes. Et la poubelle est d’une saleté intolérable
À savoir pas de table à manger
Salle de bain à l’étage : la lunette des toilettes est HS.
La literie est confortable, les radiateurs sont récents, le logement est très très calme, la vue est magnifique et l’exposition plein sud appréciable
