This place is exceptional given its geographical situation: Either you ski resort 15 minutes from the house or you are at the edge of Lake Annecy in 10 minutes. Cross-country skiing practice directly from the house.)

Dans un endroit calme et verdoyant, la maison est agréable et conforme à la description du site. Bel espace de jeux pour les enfants.

Entre forêt et prairie, beau chalet spacieux, tout confort: beaux volumes, belles boiseries, grande cheminée... Localisation au calme en pleine nature à 20min du sommet du Sevenoz.

Propriété très agréable avec beaucoup d'espace pour les enfants dehors. Plusieurs chambres pour permettre à chacun de bien se reposer.
