About this cottage rental
The cottage, OPEN ALL YEAR, nestles in a green setting, surrounded by fir trees, 1 km 300 from the main track at an altitude of 572 m with views of the valley.
The owner's house is 18 meters apart, separated by a lawn area and a vegetable patch.
Private asphalt parking is reserved for customers.
The upper floor opens onto a large living room separated by a bar, from where you can see the valley.
The place directly calls for a quiet walk in the forest and at the same time the gîte is close to the Vosges ski resorts "la Mauselaine" in Gérardmer (15 km) and "la Bresse-Hohneck" (25 km). The shops are close to the gîte (list available: bakery, supermarkets, pharmacy, etc.).

"La route du Mourot" is salty from the first frost and plowed twice a day in the event of heavy snowfall.
For winter and summer outing ideas, documentation is available, the owner can help you with your program.
Equipment:
two bedrooms: one with a 160 cm bed and the other with 2 90 cm beds, a convertible sofa (for one person), an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a television with USB port.
The house has been completely redesigned, restored in 2016/2017 and has VMC, walk-in showers, a bicycle or ski room (locked) is available to customers. There is also a room for selective sorting (recycling: cartons - glass bottles and various packaging). Spring water is drinkable.
A security deposit in the amount of € 150 will be requested upon arrival, and returned upon departure minus any damage.
Another 4% gite. in the same spirit is located on the ground floor with sunny terrace (to the south) with lawn area. Possibility to rent the set for family holidays or in groups of 8 people. (rates contact the owner): 2 double bedrooms. Same equipment as upstairs. Photos of DRC on Clévacances (ref. 088MS0000271).
EXPENSES NOT INCLUDED,
- Electric heating: Direct Energy tariff € 0.1616 / KWH peak hours and € 0.1281 / KWH off peak hours
- TOURIST TAX € 1.10 per person per night (free for under 18s.) PLEASE NOTE: The site takes the minimum, namely € 0.75 per night; but I am labeled 3 stars so you will be asked for a difference when you arrive.

Chez Chantale, c’est tout d’abord un accueil. Chaleureux mais aussi pragmatique avec toutes les indications sur la région et ses curiosités. Si vous venez avec votre chien, il sera aussi bien accueilli que vous. L’appartement est spacieux, d’une propreté exemplaire, confortable et très frais même en pleine chaleur. Rien ne manque, elle a pensé à tout. L’endroit est très calme et reposant. Nous avons passé un très bon moment. Un tout grand merci.
