Duplex apartment of 55m2, for 4 to 5 people, enjoying a beautiful view of the chain of Mont Blanc.
Quiet location, starting from several walking trails.
Close to the ski slopes (skis and nordic ski) for the winter.
At the beginning of many ways for VTT and hikes.
Very nice golf facing the Aiguille Verte and Mont Blanc.
Paragliding, nautical center, canyoning, climbing, ...
- Natural fauna and flora reserves. Dam of Emosson.
- close to Italy by the Mont Blanc or Switzerland tunnel via the Forclaz pass (Verbier, Grand St Bernard pass, ...)
Parking in front of the house.

Ottima struttura dell’alloggio e delle dotazioni disponibili, e comodità di accesso agli impianti sciistici. La neve abbondante ha reso magnifico il paesaggio, ma ha causato qualche difficoltà di spostamento per i cumuli non rimossi ai bordi della strada.

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay here - wish it could have been longer! The apartment is well-situated, beautiful views of Mont Blanc, quiet, great afternoon sun, and easy access to Grands Montets (just minutes by car, could walk). Chamonix town is just a quick drive away.
The apartment is well-equipped and beautifully decorated, and the owners are very friendly and helpful. We would love to come back!
