About this house rental
Charming house at Cap Coz 100 m from the beach.
Simply put your suitcases when you arrive and take advantage of very complete equipment (including wifi and all household appliances). For your comfort, beds will be made on arrival and you will not have to worry about cleaning on departure, which is included in the price.
Two rooms :
- a bedroom with a double bed 140
- a bedroom with 3 single beds 80, 2 of which can be joined to make a double bed (with a large duvet).
Recent furniture (including bedding).
Quiet residence, in a wooded park.
Private parking space.
South-west facing terrace (sun all afternoon and evening).
In the immediate vicinity of the house:
- sailing club (200 m)
- municipal tennis courts, free access (30 m)
- coastal path (50 m)
- cycle track (50 m)
- Fouesnant aquatic area (2 km)
Shops in Fouesnant (2 km).
Great walks to do in the area to discover South Finistère, whether on foot, by bike or a few minutes by car: Beg Meil, Concarneau, Fouesnant, Bénodet, etc.
Without forgetting the Glénan islands (pier at Beg Meil, which you can reach directly by the coastal path).
Availability according to announcement calendar.
Weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday.
The weekly rate includes cleaning and linens (beds made on arrival, towels, tea towels).
Additional tourist tax: 1.22 euro / day / adult
Heating in addition in winter.

Our family of 4 had a fantastic week’s stay in this perfect holiday house. The house is very well equipped with all mod con’s; washer/dryer, dish washer, BBQ etc. The property was clean and comfortable. On arrival a bottle of local cider and rillettes awaited us which was appreciated. The hosts provided a very useful digital document explaining all you need to about the property, plus there was a lot of tourist information provided. However the best thing about the property is the location; just a minute’s stroll from the beautiful Cap Coz beach. There’s a good choice of places to go for a drink or bite to eat within walking distance. We enjoyed hiring a sailing dinghy and SUP from the water sports centre on the beach. Beg Meil, La torch and Iles des Glenan were highlights too. This a fabulous area of France to visit.

Une semaine agréable dans une habitation confortable, meublée avec goût et tout à fait conforme à la description. Sa situation géographique permet de faire des belles promenades à pied et des belles découvertes pas très loin en voiture. Et le soleil durant toute la semaine, comme chaque fois que l’on va en Bretagne.

Es ist ein kleines Reihenmittelhaus in einer Wohnanlage.
Die Wohnung geht über 2 Etagen und wird für max. 5 Personen angeboten. Das erscheint mir zuviel. Es gibt im Erdgeschoss einen Raum mit Küche und Wohnbereich. Die Toilette ist unter der Treppe neben dem Küchenbereich und fensterlos.
Das Duschbad ist in der oberen Etage. Die beiden Schlafzimmer in der oberen Etage sind sehr klein. Es wird SAT-TV angeboten, allerdings nur die französischen Sender. Für ein Ehepaar oder eine kleine Familie geeignet, wenn man keine zu hohen Ansprüche hat.
