About this house rental
1804 farmhouse, completely renovated, large spacious rooms, underfloor heating, double glazing, two large living rooms, fireplace, stove, billiards, large fitted kitchen (fridge, five-burner stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, espresso machine , blender), freezer, washing machine, TV, cassette player (with many Disney cassettes) and DVD player (many series boxes), ping pong table, a shower room, a bathroom, two toilets, 3 large bedrooms. For families with a baby: changing table, baby chair, folding baby bed. Duvets provided. Sheets can be supplied as an option. Cleaning at the end of the stay can be offered as an optional service. A deposit of € 500 is required upon entering the house.
A large garden with trees, with a spring, two deckchairs, gas plancha barbecue, garden table, boules pitch. Bread oven for the bravest possibility of making pizza. At 20 meters a plot of two hectares is also at your disposal.
Near the house: many departures from hiking and mountain biking (routes are available in the house). Less than five minutes from the Lignon gorges for fishing and swimming in the cool.
5 minutes by car: village center of Tence (5000 inhabitants), numerous shops, tennis courts and municipal swimming pool…
Less than 10 minutes away: 8 regional cuisine restaurants and also pizzerias…

We spent 2 weeks in the beautiful and very lovingly restored cottage with garden and terrace. We found a perfect one
