Rates and availability:
Low season: September to June = 410 €
High season: from June 30th to July 13th and from August 25th to August 31st = 600 €
Very high season: from July 14 to August 24 = 750 €
Possibility of hiring at the night 110 € (minimum 2 nights) except school holidays
Electricity and water included in the tariff except excessive consumption (water exceeding 3 m3 per week and electricity exceeding 150 kWh per week)

Sheet rental: 15 € / bed
Final cleaning: 30 €

Upstairs:
º 1 room with 1 bed of 140 and a dressing room where you will find 1 iron and 1 ironing board if needed, and a vacuum cleaner.
º 1 room with 2 beds of 90 with shelf unit

All linens are new and equipped with pillows, duvets and blankets.
