In the Bastide Saint-Etienne, in a quiet and green, penthouse comfortable for 4 persons: 1 bedroom with bathroom, 1 living room with sofa bed, kitchenette and bathroom. dining room was shaded with beautiful views of the Colle-sur-Loup. 105 m2 private terrace equipped with sunbeds overlooking Saint Paul de Vence and La Colle-sur-Loup. Private parking. WIFI.

Elina and Jean-Paul were very pleasant hosts and the sun terrace and the large pool are what make this property what it is. To have such a large pool is very rare in this area.
The apartment is a bit dated and could do with an update especially in the kitchen but overall we had a very nice stay

Excellent property. Huge pool with lots of green around. Smell of lavender etc. as a bonus. For us is was just perfect. The terrace views was amazing. Leclerc just around the corner. Isola 2000 one 1 hour away for Mountainbike lover. Monaco, Cannes, Grasse, Antibes all this not far away for day tours.And of course very nice owners. All in one perfect stay.

The location is idyllic, the facilities excellent and the views are stunning. The piece de resistance is the huge terrace - and we haven't even mentioned the fabulous pool yet!

We enjoyed our stay in this penthouse very much. It was pleasant and relaxing, just as we remembered from the first time we stayed here.
The apartment is set in a quiet and peaceful environment and has a large terrace and swimmingpool. The owners are very friendly and hospitable.
The location of the apartment is convenient for trips in the area, to the mountains or the beaches, as well as to beautiful and interesting places as St-Paul-de-Vence, to Grasse and its surroundings, to Vence, Cannes, Monte Carlo. It is only a short drive from the airport in Nice too.
We already look forward to our next visit!
