Old house, Penty, independent partly renovated in 2008 on ground of 800 m ². South facing.
The house is located in Lermot, former fishing village, on the Peninsula of Hillion, very easy access.
The Hillion Peninsula is in the heart of an ornithological nature reserve where you can observe all kinds of migratory birds throughout the year.
2 Beaches quiet and well oriented at 400 and 800 m.
You can enjoy all around the peninsula trails customs officers to make various walks and various walks or bike.
Possible foot fishing in the bay (large hull reserve)
You have all the shops of proximity in the town of Hillion (1.8 Km) and of the Large and Medium Surfaces in the town of Yffiniac (6. 5 Km). SNCF stations Saint Brieuc (16 km) or Lamballe (19 km)
Seaside resorts, Thalassotherapy, Casino: Pléneuf Val André and Erquy nearby.
Very touristic area, with within a perimeter of 1h
To the East: Mont Saint Michel, Saint Malo, Dinard, Cape Frehel
To the west: the pink granite coast: Perros Guirrec, Trebeurden, Paimpol, the island of Bréhat

Well equipped and beautiful holiday House in a very Nice area. Fullfilled all our expectations and wishes. Bruno was very helpful and gave a lot of information about nice trips and places to visite. Large and lovely Garden.

Easy living , needs an updating, and kitchen cupboards, need fixing
A general refinement would enhance the property, beds were so comfy loads of linen , garden is very relaxing we all enjoyed our stay thank you so much,

Notre séjour a été plutôt agréable, malgré le temps un peu maussade, nous avons pu visiter de très beaux endroits.
La maison est jolie est bien équipée, bien entretenue et plutôt bien située, nous n'avons rencontrer qu'un seul problème avec la télé se trouvant dans la chambre. Il serait souhaitable que la télé se trouve au rez de chaussée, car quand le temps ne permet pas de sortir il n'y a qu'une seule télé dans la chambre parentale, si une famille vient passer un séjour avec de jeunes enfants cela n'est pas très pratique.
