A pleasant house for holidays with family, friends or couples.
Access to the beach and the promenade in front of the house after crossing the street.
This house is located on the third line, between Passous and sailing school at 50 meters from the beach and about 5 minutes from commerce or you have a baker, a butcher, a supermarket, a market and some cafes and restaurants .
the interior is spacious.
On the same level:
-a large living room very bright with TV and wifi
indépandante-kitchen is very well equipped for a large family, with view over the
garden. (Dishwasher and washing machine etc. etc.)
-1 Room with 1 bed 140/190
-A Mezzanine with 1 bed of 140/190
AT first floor:
- 1 room with bed 140/190
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds with sea view
- 1 bathroom
- 1 WC
The house is heated with central heating.
No access for disabled.
Dogs are allowed, after consultation, but not in the rooms.
A Outside, you have a garage and another toilet.

Stayed for one week, enjoyed the local neighbourhood and the beach and went for day trips. All the family loved it, the house is both beautiful and functional, we cooked and went to the nearby beach often. Boulangerie is not far away, that is a great advantage also. Considering to come over again. Suited marvellously both adults and teenagers in the family.

Séjour magnifique: maison bien située au cœur d'une belle région.
Situation au calme, équipement parfait. Super pour un chien.
Région naturelle, propice aux balades.

Das Haus ist gut gelegen nahe am Strand und nahe am Dorf.
Vieles im Haus ist fast kaputt, Türen öffnen sich spontan, fensterlosen klappern. Bei Wind kommen klappergeraeusche aus allen Ecken. Einige
Lampen defekt und Elektrik ist sehr gefährlich ausgeführt. Abfluss in der Dusche immer verstopft.
Gehwege um das Haus sind schlecht. Der Sitzplatz steht nach Regen unter Wasser.
Fazit: Substanz in Ordnung, doch muss jetzt mal wieder investiert werden.
