About this house rental
Detached house in a quiet hamlet with only a few inhabitants, surrounded by a large wooded land of 4200m2. With a view of Pelvoux and the Ecrins chain. Great site surrounded by peaks of up to 4000 metres.
In its lower part, this wild and flat terrain borders a stream. In its upper part its even more beautiful with its flowers and a dining area on a shaded garden and with a barbecue.
The house from the 17th century has kept its authentic character. The apartment has earned the label of Hautes-Alpes. It is surrounded by balconies on its four facades. It is completely independent on the first floor and it has two independent accesses, a garden on one side and a pathway on the other side (We reserve the ground floor which not subject to rental).
The property can house up to 10 people but it can be reduced to 8 in certain periods since one of the bedrooms can be closed upon request: see note on the prices tab.
Cars: 1 in the garage and there is parking for 2 next to the house.

The area of Ecrins is after Chamonix, the second largest mountain complex in France.
In its territory it counts with the Ecrins National Park which offers a variety of mountain landscapes, wildlife, flowers, geology, architecture and a climate that make Savoyards jealous.
Pelvoux-les Ecrins, is a gate into the mythical Pré de Mme Carle where you can see the confluence of black and white glaciers, this is the starting point for many prestigious races.
The top of Pelvoux (3942m) is what gave it its name and the close proximity to the National Park is its best attribute.
We are located in a hamlet with only an few houses, Fangeas is at 2.5 km North from Valloise.

Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances. Très bon accueil. L'appartement est spacieux et joli, la cuisine bien équipée. Quelques petites réparations à faire que nous avons signalées. Une lampe à poser dans le salon serait un plus pour regarder la télé car le plafonnier est fatiguant pour les yeux.
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le cadre (on habite dans une carte postale) et l'accès au jardin, un peu gâché toutefois par la proximité de la route.
Bref je recommande cette location pour un séjour en famille dans une ambiance chaleureuse et nature.

Vallouise est un très agréable lieu de villégiature hivernale.
Le gite est bien équipé.
Les pistes à 500 m seulement, un vrai plus pour celles et ceux qui ne veulent plus prendre leur véhicule...
