L'appartement est au troisième étage d'un bloc contenant douze appartements, il a des aspects étonnants de toutes les fenêtres. L'immeuble est très calme. C'est aussi sur une colline escarpée, bon exercice! Il est confortable mais les sols stratifiés, la cuisine et la salle de bains ont besoin d'être réhabilités. Il se trouve à dix minutes à pied du centre de Honfleur et de tous les restaurants à côté du port. Il était difficile de saisir le titulaire de clé à son arrivée et à son départ. Il n'y a pas de connexion Internet ou Wifi dans l'appartement.
