About this apartment rental
The apartment is on the fourth floor in an elegant residence with gatehouse, private underground parking area. It consists of a living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, a double bedroom, a small area equipped with bunk beds and a bathroom with shower.
The apartment is equipped with all comforts such as oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, TV LCD HD 32', air-conditioning.
The terrace overlooking the sea and you can enjoy a beautiful stunning sea view while you eat.
The apartment is about 50-80 meters from the beach and about 200m from supermarket.
The famous Promenade Imperatrice begins there and leads to the city center, with boutiques and the Ariston Theatre, passing from the Casino. The apartment is also close to a nice playground, perfect for children.
You are also very near to the cycle track long almost 20 km entirely on the coast side. (on the cycle track there is the possibility to rent bikes)

We had a nice week of holidays and were satisfied with the stay. Some small thinks could be renovated for future stay including a better equipped kitchen. But it was alright, no problems with check in and organisation.

Sehr schöne Lage des Objektes in direkter Nähe zum Strand und mit kurzem Fußweg in die Altstadt von Sanremo. Großer Balkon mit Meerblick, Stellplatz in gesicherter Tiefgarage. Hierfür können fünf Sterne vergeben werden.
Die Wohnung liegt in einem ehemaligen Hotel und ist wirklich winzig. In einem drei mal dreieinhalb Meter großem Zimmer ist die Kochnische mit lediglich zwei Herdplatten, Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank, Doppelbettsofa, Geschirrschrank, Anrichte und Esstisch untergebracht. Hier kann man sich wirklich kaum bewegen. Das Schlafzimmer ist auch sehr klein und im Prinzip ohne Fenster nach außen, da die ehemalige Loggia, zu des das Fenster geht, nach außen abgeschlossen wurde und ein Doppelstockbett dort hineingepfercht ist. Dadurch wird die Wohnung für bis zu sechs Personen angeboten. Wir waren zu zweit und hatten schon keinen Platz, zu sechst ist das unvorstellbar.
Ausserdem sindWohnung und Mobiliar in einem schlechten Zustand. Alles wirkt sehr alt und abgenutzt, hier wurde seit Ewigkeiten nicht mehr renoviert.
Zu guter Letzt war die Wohnung bei unserer Ankunft nicht sauber. Der Kühlschrank war dreckig und im Waschbecken waren noch Haare, was schon ziemlich eklig war. Die Schränke waren innen staubig, weswegen wir erstmal grob über alles drübergeputzt haben.
Fazit: Lage 5 Sterne, Wohnung 1 Stern ergibt die Bewertung mit drei Sternen.
