Description: Fisherman's house of 90 sqm with 3 bedrooms (sleeps 7), 2 bathrooms with bath and shower.
Equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, microwave, ice maker, oven / toaster, juicer, espresso machine, table Vacuum cleaner, centrifuge, ... fully equipped dishes and everything needed for cooking.
Interior: 2 sofas dining table, flat screen TV DVD / CD
* Master bedroom with full bathroom with private toilet and solarium, flat screen TV. * 1 bedroom with 3 single beds
* 1 bedroom with 1 bed 2 people shared bathroom with two bedrooms. Separate toilet.

In the perfect area of Port Grimaud this was a nice house. Unfortunately the house manager only speaks French so we encountered several misunderstandings … and the Dutch advertisement was different from the French which causes misunderstandings about bedding and towels

This was our 7th stay in Port Grimaud and it’s a place we love to visit. Philippe’s house is ideally located close to Port Grimaud 2 shops and restaurants but away from the busy Place du Marché. The check-in process was easy thanks to Madame Favalessa who was also helpful in obtaining the local residents ferry passes. The house is functional, if a little tired, and well equipped with fans in each bedroom. The wi-fi worked well. The garden is well shaded with good garden furniture. Best thing about house - top bedroom is beautiful. Slight negatives to house - kitchen cupboards overcrowded leaving little room for your own food and downstairs lamps and switches are in need of attention (loose switches and wires).

The location is perfect with easy access to nearby places of interest. Port Grimaud is beautiful. Walking distance to beach, shops, bars, restaurants. Grimaud village is very pretty with excellent restaurants and historical buildings. It was a little difficult when it came to checking in and out of the property due to communication problems (with us not speaking French), but owner and manageress both very helpful. Single bed needs replacing but everything else in the house was great. It has very good facilities and is well equipped. Nice little garden directly on the water, with good garden furniture. We did not want to leave. Would certainly recommend.
