1km from the village of Malaucène, at the foot of Mont Ventoux, we offer a charming cottage in a large building with swimming pool.
In a landscaped garden, terraced house of 125 m2 equipped for 8 people, ideal for holidays with family or friends.
Living room of around 48m2 (reversible air conditioning) with fitted kitchen.
The kitchen consists of a dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, 2 coffee makers (1 with pod and 1 with filter), a toaster, a kettle, a fridge-freezer)
3 bedrooms (2 bedroom with 1 double bed (140) and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90))
An additional bed (140/190 sofa bed) for 2 people in the TV room
1 bathroom upstairs (shower cabin and 1 sink)
1 bathroom on the ground floor (walk-in shower and 2 sinks)

La maison correspond à l’annonce et est très propre et bien équipée. Elle bien située, au calme, tout en étant proche de Malaucene. La piscine et les espaces extérieurs ont été appréciés.
Seul bémol, la connexion internet trop lente ainsi que la télévision dont le signal était très faible.
Nous recommandons volontiers cette location.
