About this bed and breakfast
Welcome to the VILLA OF THE TERRACE!
Our millstone house is very well located, quiet (in a residential area), surrounded by greenery (Parc de Sceaux and Park Chateaubriand). The house is located 5 minutes walk from all amenities: transport, shops ...
The 2nd floor of the house is reserved for you, you will feel "at home, far from home":
- 1 spacious and bright room, with 1 double bed, with open views of the Parc de Sceaux
- 1 spacious and luminous room, with 2 single beds (in 90 x 200), with a small lounge and an office area
- a shower room for guests
IMPORTANT: Ideal rental for 2 couples or a family of 4 people.
PRICE: we operate in number of rooms:
* Rate for 1 to 2 people, in 1 room only: 100 € (breakfast included)
* Rate for 2 to 4 people, divided into 2 rooms: 180 € (breakfast included)
Example:
Price for 2 people in one room: 100 €
Rate for 2 people in 2 separate rooms: 180 €.

The house is very well served by transport:
- RER B / ROBINSON station (8 min walk from the house) ==> direct journey to PARIS (Châtelet Les Halles) in 25 minutes by RER
- VERSAILLES ==> in 20 minutes by car (by the A86)
- ROISSY CDG Airports (1 hour by RER B) or ORLY Airport (20 minutes by car)
- If you have to go for an exam at the Arcueil Exam House, we are 25 minutes by car and 20 minutes by RER B to LAPLACE station.

We were simply blown away by our stay. The property is gorgeous but even more, Jean-Luc and Frédéric are just incredible hosts. They were so attentive, and clearly invested in us having the best stay possible in Paris, providing excellent recommendations based on our interests. And the little things, like how they tailored the amazing breakfasts based on our likes, just sets them head and shoulders above other experiences. We can't say enough good things about our stay. Thank you so much for hosting us, Jean-Luc and Frédéric!

Look no further - this is the one. You have to stay here. This is probably the best rental we have stayed at on ANY platform. Jean-Luc and Frédéric have the natural gift of hospitality, and are just genuinely great people. During our stay it felt more like we were staying with friends that we have known our entire life, even though we had just met.Breakfast is included every day, and is extremely high quality. Frédéric and Jean-Luc personally cook each breakfast and pay such careful attention to ensure the meal is perfect. The train station that goes directly into Paris is an easy 10 minute walk from the home. The home itself is relaxing with a beautiful garden both in front and behind the house. There is air conditioning (which, for spoiled Americans like us was so nice). The hosts also helped plan our days in Paris, giving us personalized recommendations of where to go each day we were in Paris.While I absolutely recommend staying here, be sure to leave some room in the schedule for us to come back and reserve our second stay. ;)
