Character cottage for 8 people Le Petit Courtoux, classified 3 holiday keys. 3 bedrooms, living room with fireplace and kitchen / dining room with fireplace. Peace and rest assured at the end of this dead end road, in the Breton countryside near Fougères. Many visits possible: Mont St Michel, St Malo and the Emerald Coast, Dinan, Vitré, Rennes, Granville. Many nearby activities: hiking, tree climbing, 1st category fishing, cycling on the greenway, kayaking down the Couesnon to Mont St Michel. Two character cottages in an old restored 17th century farm. Charm of the old, old beams, stones, traditional fireplaces, and modern comfort (underfloor heating by heat pump) for a stay of a weekend or several weeks.

Old typical stone house / farm very lovingly renovated and with modern building services. Everything is very clean, in the kitchen and bathroom everything is at its best. Very cosy and carefully furnished, clean and well maintained. Small garden area belongs to the flat for sitting outside and barbecuing, beautiful courtyard with lovely typical flowers. We felt very comfortable. 30 min to MT St Michel, 10 min to Fougeres, botanical garden also 5 or 10 min. Otherwise rural and quiet. Thanks for the wunderful week.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans le gîte de Béatrice.
En plus d’être chaleureux, le logement est très bien équipé. De quoi se sentir tout à fait à l’aise pour passer de bonnes vacances, peu loin de beaux lieux de visite.
