About this apartment rental
An apartment in a building located at the top of the station. It is occupied by the owners (large family) and is arranged for a family with all the necessary comfort. There are 2 bedrooms (1 parental bedroom with double bed 160x200 and a children's bedroom for 4 children with 2 x 2 bunk beds) with the possibility of transforming the sofa into a single bed in a few seconds. A night hall separates the living rooms from the bedrooms allowing the children to go to bed while quietly continuing the evening. The kitchen is equipped with oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, espresso machine, coffee maker, electric kettle, ... The bathroom includes a bath with a full rigid shower screen (prevents disasters with children) and a washing machine. The toilet is separate from the bathroom.
Small terrace and magnificent view of the mountains and the ski area because facing south. About 1 km from the first ski lifts and 500 m from shops and restaurants. Private outdoor parking. SKI-BUS stop 100 m away.

Rentals are for a period of 7 days minimum, from Saturday afternoon 4:00 p.m. to Saturday morning 10:00 a.m.
Each bed is equipped with a mattress protector, a duvet and 2 blankets. Sheets are not provided but are offered by the agency which gives the keys.
Cleaning at end of stay is not included, it is the responsibility of the tenant and also offered by the key delivery agency.

L'appartement contient tout le nécessaire pour passer de bonnes vacances à la montagne.
La vue est parfaite avec soleil pour manger le midi.
Seule reproche: insonorisation pas terrible mais pas rédhibitoire.

Communication with the owner was excellent and questions were answered promptly. We had to pick the keys up from a local rental agency outside of their normal opening hours and this was also easy to arrange. The building is handily placed for the ski bus and the external parking was sufficient for about 10 cars in total. We managed to park each day but it could have been difficult in a peak week. The apartment itself was clean and the kitchen had plenty of equipment that made it great for anyone who wanted to self cater for the majority of their holiday. The main bedroom was spacious with a standalone wardrobe and chest of drawers which provide enough storage for 2 people. However, the second bedroom had no storage in it which, when you consider that there were 4 bunk beds in it, would make it quite awkward if 6 people were to stop in the apartment. The living area was OK, the TV is a little on the small side and the cushions on the 2 armchairs are starting to look a little worn. However, we had a bonus in that the owner has recently added a WiFi router which we could use as long as we didn't exceed a 10gb limit. There is also an odd arrangement with 2 saloon style swing doors to the kitchen area. We found that this made accessing the kitchen area a bit awkward. The bathroom was good with reasonable storage and a washing machine. The balcony looks over the slopes so we had some lovely views in good weather. Overall this apartment was good value and the booking experience was excellent.
