About this villa rental
Magnificent new house (July 2012) for 8 to 12 people.
We advise you on the best visiting routes to follow.
Because of its position at the entrance of the peninsula, the house allows you to visit the peninsula as well as the southern Finistère (Quimper, Locronan, Pointe du raz, Pont Aven, Concarneau ...) or the Northern Finistère (Brest, Plougerneau, Kerlouan, ...).
On the peninsula, test each beach and compare the fine sand, the surfers' beaches, the cliffs, kayaking in the sea caves.
The traditions are also there with more cultural activities nearby (museum of old living crafts, rural school museum, Breton departmental museum, discovery of pottery, possibilities of initiation to the creation of pancakes ...)
The house is located in a very quiet village with a large garden.
Ground floor: Fully equipped kitchen, office area (with WIFI), dining room, lounge, sitting area, wc, double bed room. and private shower room (walk-in shower).
Terrace, barbecue.
Indoor pool heated to 28 °, shower & wc, deckchairs, teak terrace.
Closed garage (washing machine, dryer).
Upstairs: 3 double bedrooms. Bathroom, wc, games room (with possibility of additional beds).

The property is superb, if you think it looks good in the pictures, it’s even better in real life! Every moden convienece you could ever need is supplied and for a rural location, the broadband speeds are exceptional! Beds (important due to back issues) firm and extremely comfortable, and the views from each bedroom, wow! To be honest the view from every window is beautiful! The property and location are ideal for a family with lots to see and do for all ages. I have already recommended this property to several friends!
Last but by no means least, André. The perfect host, the perfect gentleman and someone who will go out of his way to make your stay a wonderful experience.

Very pleased with the holiday, the house was great and the location was beautiful. We will go again.
Areas for improvement to get to the 5 stars would be fixing a few items that aren't finished or broken (pool lights, speakers in the pool room, blinds in the main bedroom), a can opener that isn't from the 1960's ;-) just more items in the kitchen to help with cooking.
But really love this place and will recommend to others.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine chez André. La maison , la piscine , le site tout est parfait . Mais le must : c’est André : il n’y en a pas bcp des personnes aussi intéressantes et passionnantes sans compter une gentillesse sans limite et une simplicité qu’on adore !
