About this villa rental
Contemporary style of full foot, with large stay kitchen top chef (steam oven, won, tepanaki, ..), Parental suite with bathroom / SPA ensuite 3 bedrooms + bathroom in the Italian. The living space is outside / inside thanks to the large bays. Several possibilities for eating outdoors: terrace, gazebo in teak, under the oak trees, pergola or solarium located in height to dominate the swimming pool and the terrace illuminated in the evening numerous spots. The gazebo which is in the pool dip is very nice for eating or relaxing, or in the evening for listening to music. The terrace extends behind the oaks, a spacious table for lunch in the cool, barbecue and plancha are right next door. You can also refresh under the pergola
Outdoor shower very nice, wifi is available including outdoor, outdoor music, 3 flat screens, video projectors outside. Come relax in this bright and pleasant villa facing south in a village in the countryside with a life animated by shops, markets and farms where you can buy directly your fruits and vegetables.
The situation allows you not to have opposite and the place is quiet.
For walks the hills are 5 minutes on foot, very nice places will allow you to also do mountain biking or jogging, trails are marked by the general council, direct access to the garrigue
Ideally located both in a quiet residential area in the countryside, but 3 minutes from the motorways, motorway junction A57 exit sainte christine: in the direction of the East Hyeres the palm trees and its beaches 5 fine sands, Island porquerolles and portcros, the island of levant and the peninsula of giens, the lavadou and st tropez, farther st Raphael, cannes and nice (count 1h30) in direction of the west Sanary, the frame of azure , Bandol, the creeks of Cassis, ....

We had a great time in this beautiful and modern villa. Especially the outdoor area is perfect for swimming, relaxing and just having a good time. In the villa you will find everything you need for a successful vacation and if there was a problem, Jeff was always available and helpful. We can only recommend it!

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans cette très belle villa .
Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la piscine et la très belle végétation autour de la maison . De nombreux endroits de repos joliment aménagés.
Cuisine ultra moderne et jacuzzi dans la salle de bain parentale .
Accueil chaleureux du propriétaire !!

Cigales et oliviers merveilleux
Nous avons séjourné à la villa lei Suza, c'est un petit paradis, le calme, un très belle piscine,avec un plongeoir ,de belles prestations,la villa elle même pour notre grande famille 12/14 personnes, est parfaitement bien aménagée,tout le confort avec de beaux écrans tv,la villa est très agréable à vivre ,fraîche,très bien agencée,cuisine extraordinaire,les extérieurs sont bien aménagés ,j'ai apprécié la cuisine extérieure d'été avec des moments plancha inoubliables .Nous avons savouré le rhum arrangé de JEFF sous le gazebo,...génial

La villa moderne, Lei Suza, est trés bien équipée pour toute la famille,très bel extérieur,la piscine est très bien placée sur cette immense terrasse,j'ai apprécié aussi le jardin suspendu endroit intime avec vue sur piscine et gazebo,
Très beaux oliviers,villa très agréable,très bel extérieur parfaitement aménagé
Les plages ne sont pas loin ,à un quart d'heure en voiture,notamment la plus belle l'almanarre,tous les commerces à proximité.
Nous espérons revenir très bientôt,merci au propriétaire.
