Cottage labeled 4 stars furnished tourism located near a holiday center for disabled children and adults (MGEN) out of the town of Riec sur Belon
You will discover a living room open onto a sunny veranda, open view of the wooded, flowered grounds and the forest.
You also have two closed terraces to rest in peace
At your disposal you will find maps showing you all the hiking trails - various sites to visit, bicycles
In Lorient, visit to the Tabarly sailing city, also departure by boat to the Ile de Groix
From Concarneau at about 24km departure by boat for various Islands (Les Glénants) The Caribbean Caribbean

The property is in a calm and peaceful rural setting. However amenities are close by and it is an area with many beautiful places to visit. We especially enjoyed Pont Aven, Concarneau, Port Manec and Vannes.

La maison est située en pleine nature tout en étant proche des commerces et des accès principaux pour visiter le Finistère
Par contre le wifi est très faible et le réseau particulièrement SFR est quasi nul Pour le coup on est vraiment déconnecté !
Même s’il y a qu’une chambre la maison est grande et ses 2 petites cours extérieures sont agréables.

Sehr ruhig und grün gelegen. Die Vermieterin wohnt gleich nebenan, was einen unkomplizierten Check-in ermöglicht.
Für 2 Personen ist die Wohnung sehr gut geeignet (für 4 nicht). Das Bett ist breit und bequem.
Der Kamin war nicht einsatzbereit, was wirklich sehr schade war, da wir auch kühle Abende/ Regentage dabei hatten und das Haus nach dem Suchkriterium ausgewählt hatten!
Das WLAN funktionierte erst fast gar nicht und wir bekamen auf Nachfrage ein PW. Danach war es sehr schwach und nur an der Wand hinten im Wohnzimmer nutzbar, auf der Terrasse gar nicht.
Von der sonnigen Kies-Terrasse kann man nicht in den Garten dahinter.
An zwei Abenden hatten wir mit (fliegenden) Ameisen oben im Wohnzimmer zu kämpfen -dank Staubsauger haben wir gewonnen. Das Badezimmer war nicht sauber, und es trat Kanalgeruch auf. Eine Lampe hing so tief über und vor der Spüle, dass wir sie zur Seite binden mussten.
Vor Ort mussten wir am Ende zusätzliche Reinigungsgebühren ohne Rechnung zahlen, die im Inserat nicht unter Zusatzkosten stehen, sondern unter Hausregeln wenn man auf "mehr" klickt und auch nur auf französisch ausgeschrieben ohne Zahl.
Die im Inserat erwähnten Fahrräder haben wir nicht gesehen.
An Hundebesitzer: für Spaziergänge ist die direkte Umgebung wenig geeignet.
