It consists of a kitchenette, a shower room, a bedroom, a living room and a loggia.
It is exposed due east, which allows you to enjoy the soft rays of the sun in the morning until 1 p.m. and not to suffer from the heat in the middle of summer.
Many local traders (bakery, laundromat, supermarket, pharmacy) within walking distance.
A pleasant park very close.
A bus station 100m away which serves the biggest cities between Cannes and Nice, as well as Nice Airport.

le studio est très propre et bien entretenue. il est près de la mer. la région est belle.

Nous avons apprécié cet appartement situé pas très loin de la mer, 10 minutes à pieds, surtout la possibilité de laisser sa voiture au parking ( fermé)
Nous avons pu prendre notre petit déjeuner sur le grand balcon;
Appartement clair ,propre et calme, et commerces à proximité.
Nous avons visité la région , surtout l'Esterel .
Nous recommandons cette location sans hésiter.
