About this house rental
In Ploumanac'h (Perros Guirec - Côte d'Armor), rue de la Fontaine, near the Port and 100m from Bastille beach.
Detached house for 4 people in the heart of the pink granite coast - Prestigious classified natural site. House located in old Ploumanac'h, in a quiet area.
You will find in front of the house a small terrace isolated from the street to take your meals outside.
On the ground floor a living / dining room with an open kitchen (electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker.)
In the lounge area television and DVD player, with small film library, and many books on Brittany. Also at your disposal hiking maps of the region.
Internet connection available at no extra charge (nomad 3G / 4G bbox). Package of 50 GB / month. Access limited to information retrieval and consultation of e-mail / social networks.
On the ground floor also the bathroom (with washing machine / dryer) and separate WC.
In addition a small shed with double access, inside the house or outside, in which you will find portable barbecue, beach games, fishing tackle and garden hoses.
Upstairs two bedrooms, the master bedroom and the children's bedroom with two pull-out beds. At your disposal a library of comics and board games.

Household linen is not provided. Rental possibility (15 euros for the master bedroom, 30 euros for the two bedrooms, including duvet cover, mattress cover, pillow case and hand towel). Payment upon delivery of the keys.

Cleaning at the expense of the tenants. Possibility of support for 30 euros adjustable when handing over the keys.
It is a vacation home, family home that I regularly occupy with my family. Do not expect to find all the services of a hotel residence there! But you will find there all the comfort and the essential functionalities to live a beautiful and restful vacation. I invite you to put your car down and take advantage of this magnificent setting that is the pink granite coast. You will not be disappointed, and I will be happy to have been able to welcome you to make you discover this little corner of paradise.

Everything was as we had requested. The reception was friendly and the ladies very helpful and patient. The location was also very good with only a few metres to the harbour and beach. We enjoyed it very much!

très bien située. Au calme. Très propre (vaisselle et ustensiles de cuisine comme neufs). Accueil chaleureux. Petit bémol : l'escalier menant au chambre un peu raide surtout pour monter et descendre les bagages et le manque d'un petit meuble pour ranger les courses. Sinon location à recommander.

Es passte alles, vom Empfang der netten Madam, über die Einrichtung des Hauses, die lustige Comics, die hervorragenden Reisebücher, die Vollständige Küche und die kleine Terasse. Hervorzuheben ist die Lage, nur wenige Meter vom Port mit Restaurants und nur 3 Minuten vom mächsten Strand und den Granitsteinen, die süchtig machen.
Anschliessend, vielleicht kannst du ja fuer eine paar Euros auf dem Flohmarkt die Spielesammlung ein wenig aufpeppen und wir würden die Margeriten,, da pflegeintensiv durch andere Pflanzen ersetzen.
Letztendlich, wir kommen wieder und vielen Dank
