About this house rental
The day of rental, a deposit of 450 € will be asked by check to holidaymakers. The check will be cashed only in the case of degradations.
Our house has a capacity of 6 people (Possibility to accommodate 2 people and more with a BZ of 120 cm in mezzanine for an additional 9 € per person per night). It is located in a recent subdivision. It is a spacious, bright and pleasant to live. We attach great importance to cleanliness. We look forward to welcoming you to the keys and we will carry out the state of places.
The cleaning fee is not included in the displayed price. You can choose this option at the time of signing the contract sent to the renter, it will be charged and paid 60 € the day of the arrival of the tenant by check or cash.
Our rentals start from Saturday 16h to the following Saturday 10h in July and August.
Possibility to rent the duvet covers: 12 € per bed.
We accept short stays on weekends and holidays.
We provide our renters with 2 adult bikes and various board games for free.
Each room has a bed for 2 persons: 140 x 190. In one of the rooms, there is a cot.
On the ground floor are: Cellar (washing machine), fitted kitchen (hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave oven), dining area, living room, bedroom, bathroom with shower and separate toilet
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with bath, 1 separate toilet.
Our house is non smoking and we do not accept pets (thank you for your understanding).
1 closed courtyard with electric gate where you can park 3 cars.
1 garage with electric door to park 2 vehicles.
Iron + table, coffee maker, kettle, juicer, toaster ...: nothing is missing and a lot of dishes.
A supermarket is located 10 minutes walk and 5 minutes by bike (Bread Depot)
To situate yourself:
The nearest beach is at DONVILLE LES BAINS 5 minutes by car (25 minutes walk for the bravest).
The town center GRANVILLE, 2.1 km, full of charm and pleasant, is 5 minutes by car (25 minutes walk).
A shopping center is a 5 minute drive. You'll find everything to meet your needs.
Finally, downtown DONVILLE LES BAINS is a 10 minute walk with shops (Bakery, Butcher ...)

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans cette maison et plus particulièrement son calme, la propreté parfaite et son équipement.
Sa localisation centrale permet d accéder rapidement aux plages de Saint pair,, Granville ou donville.

The property is extremely well kept, fully furnished, nice and cosy. The pellet stove was on when we arrived, which was very nice from the owners.
The owners are super-agreeable, friendly and approachable, and available for any issues.
Will consider again for the next holiday in Normandy

Nous avons passé une bonne semaine , la mer était très belle . Les propriétaires du gîte sont très sympathiques nous les remercions pour leur accueil et pour les 2 bouteilles de cidre qu'il s nous ont offert , il était excellent. La location était excellente il ne manquait rien elle est agréable , de plus les magasins sont à proximité
