About this apartment rental
2 room apartment + cabin on the first floor with elevator in a recent south-west facing residence.
Shops: either on the port or in the city center of Dives. A market for regional products takes place on Saturday morning in Dives.
Direct sale of fish every morning under the fish hall in the port (500m on foot).
Everything is accessible on foot or by bike if you don't want to travel by car.
Public transport: Halt Gare de Dives-Port Guillaume (ter) 5 min walk from the apartment (from Paris Saint-Lazare via Deauville) and 10 min from a bus station (20bus green line).
The landing beaches, in the hinterland the cider route and many other places to see in Normandy

We were really pleased with our flat as it was spacious, well equipped and very quiet. The proximity to the beach was wonderful and enabled us to stay out later in the evening. There are supermarkets and a library nearby, a cinema at a walking distance.Dives is beautiful and worth a visit. You can also walk to Houlgate and Cabourg.Our hosts were lovely and helpful and left us some local products, which we really appreciated.

Très bon accueil du propriétaire.
Appartement avec une chambre fermée et une alcôve abritant un grand lit. L’alcôve est fermée par un simple rideau.
Appartement très bien équipé !
Les meubles de rangement mériteraient d’être vidés de divers objets ou équipements en double, pour laisser plus d’espace aux locataires.
Balcon suffisamment grand pour y manger ou y ranger trois vélos, ce qui est bien pratique.
On reviendra volontiers.

Nice location and friendly host. However, when we pulled back the duvet covers, the mattress protector had several hairs and many tiny unidentified black bits/particles which unsettled us. Nice treats left by the hosts but the jams were years passed their bbd.
