The house is comfortable, pleasant and bright, and ideally located on the Pink Granite Coast, between Perros-Guirec and Trégastel, very close to the port of Ploumanac’h.
The house consists of a large room with fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms each with a 140 * 200 bed and a 90 * 200 bed, a mezzanine with a sofa bed, a shower room, WC, utility room with shower and WC.
The private garden includes garden furniture.
The location is ideal for discovering all the charms of the Pink Granite Coast and enjoying a lively and festive atmosphere specific to the region.
The first beaches are less than 1 km away. You can go hiking, sailing, diving, fishing.
A medium-sized type store (Super U), with associated small businesses, is located 1 km away. Trégastel town center is 2 km away and Perros-Guirec town center is 5 km away.

This property was ideally located to access the beautiful coastline of Perros-Guirec, Ploumanach and Tregastel. The house was very clean and well equipped and we were very comfortable during our stay. Claude gave us a very warm welcome and had a very comprehensive information pack with lots of information regarding what to do in the area. We had a fantastic time and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property and the location.
