About this villa rental
Villa in a residential area on the sea with entrance large garden with barbecue and fruit trees, terraces, veranda for outdoor dining. Inside spread over 3 levels so 'compounds:
Ground floor; living-room kitchen and bathroom.
First floor; 2 double bedrooms, large balcony and bathroom.
Second floor; large bedroom with 6 beds balcony and bathroom.
Each floor then has one bathroom and a balcony overlooking the garden of the property, and (only the first floor) overlooking the sea.
It 'a parking space in a private area with closed gate and a few meters there beach and facilities.
The ideal place to spend the holidays in complete relaxation with their children a few miles from Rome.
Structure recommended for families with children, the square footage and layout of the rooms is also ideal for two / three families.

The Villa was spacious, but needed a few things added to make it more convenient for a family, which is what this Villa is aimed at. A Microwave would be useful, more racks in the oven as one is not enough. The TV needs to be sattelite connected or free view as we used an IPad to get the programmes we wanted and yes famalies will have evenings in. If possible full WiFi rather than a SIM. Lastly, seating. With the potential for sleeping 8 people a settee for 3 is not enough. Stefano however was very good in his welcome and the final meeting. We wish you well.

Very good place to take a rest close to sea and far from city noise. We enjoyed eating out on the patio. Stefano was friendly and helpful. We had a nice mini-vacation here. (Grazie mille, Stefano!)
