"Hair of Angels" in Merlimont + GARDEN + GARAGE + SPA * (JACUZZI 6 people, provided free of charge by the owner) - 6 to 8 people in the Dunes
EXCEPTIONAL location, with sand garden. 22 m2 composite wooden terrace for delicious meals in summer and SPA (Jacuzzi for 6 people) offering you moments of fullness and refreshment on sunny days.
"Hair of Angels" is a pretty Family house with modern and neat facilities. New construction in 2016 to PMR standards and new energies. Aerothermal heating. Outdoor heat pump providing underfloor heating for the ground floor. Very appreciable for keeping your feet warm.
Located at 248, rue de Rang du Fliers (quiet), near the Parc de Bagatelle (2 min).
2 steps from shops and the sea, 6 km from Berck Plage and 7 km from Le Touquet.
The beach of Merlimont if located 5.3 kms, or 20 minutes by bike .....
Our house is comfortable, facing SOUTH including:

- Large fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, catalysis oven, microwave, dishwasher, sink 1 ½ bowl, Classic coffee maker, fridge-freezer, kettle, kitchenware with utensils ....
- Living area with a large table that can accommodate up to 8 people, buffet….
- Sitting area with 5-seat sofa, coffee table, poufs, flat screen TV with all DTT channels.
- Shower room with walk-in shower, vanity unit, raised toilet, hairdryer and washing machine.
- 1 car garage and 2 private outdoor parking spaces.
On the 1st floor, the sleeping area including 3 beautiful bedrooms
- bedroom 13 m2 with 1 double bed 140x190, cupboard, skylight with electric shutters,
- bedroom 14 m2 with 1 double bed 160 * 200, cupboard, skylight with blind,
- bedroom 13 m2 with 1 double bed 160 * 200, wardrobe, velux with blind
- Bathroom with bath, vanity unit and WC.
Take advantage of the moments of sun to relax on the terrace, and watch your children play in our sandy garden, while being in a relaxing setting, surrounded by nature… ..
The most: Enjoy moments of relaxation and refreshment during high heat in our SPA (Jacuzzi for 6 people maximum). Available free of charge from March to November 12, depending on weather.
We have a garden furniture with gas barbecue and Plancha to enjoy delicious grills on beautiful sunny days ...

Moderne, agréable, près des commerces, calme. Le canapé lit du salon est moyen pour dormir mais il va être changé.

Une expérience memorable pour cet enterrement de vie de garcon. Rien de tel que d'avoir une base de repli à proximité de toutes les activités proposées sur la côte d'Opale pour passer un week-end sensationnel. La maison offre tout le confort nécessaire, le jacuzzi trouve immédiatement un public conquis en fin de journée et le barbecue assure les appétits carnivores. Les propriétaires sont aux petits soins pour faciliter le séjour, un grand merci à eux. Une expérience à renouveler !

Points Positifs : Très fonctionnel, bien pensé,agréable et spacieux pour nous quatre.
Personnel très disponible.
Points à améliorer :Mobilier légèrement défraîchi, Spa à regonfler chaque jour, frigo ne fait pas trop de froid.

La maison est bien située, spacieuse et les équipements sont de qualité (jacuzzi…). Nous avons apprécié le logement.
Néanmoins notre accueil fut déplorable, nous n’avions pas le sentiment de pouvoir profiter pleinement de notre week-end. Nous sommes déçus de la manière dont l’arrivée et la sortie ont été réalisées.
