About this apartment rental
Tranquility, independence, conviviality and rest guaranteed in a pleasant and very quiet wooded environment without being far from the beach and walks in the surrounding hills. Large garden and enclosed shaded parking + outdoor parking. Swing portico, covered terrace of 15 m2 south facing without opposite or traffic, deckchairs, meals or naps in complete peace facing the sea view or towards the hill of Bormes, on the terrace or in the garden. Very pretty view of the sea, Iles d'or and Bormes-les-Mimosas. Privileged location in Lavandou for this very clean, functional, ecological rental.

Independent entrance - Washing machine and drying racks. Bathtub, high chair and baby bed available.
- Boules court 150 m away (pétanque balls on site). Maximum capacity: 5 people (on request)
Holiday vouchers accepted. Deposit of €350 to be deposited upon entry. Returned in full if no damage and apartment returned in good clean condition as found on arrival.
If you wish, you can reserve departure cleaning: €60. If not reserved and not carried out during the inventory of fixtures upon exit, lump sum of €90 deducted from the deposit.
Possibility to reserve linen or bring your own, at your convenience.
Discount from the second consecutive week, except in high season, send me an inquiry before booking.

We had a pleasant stay, house was neat and clean!
Some comments:
Bed was small, and could use a new matrass.
For people who like to cook, stove was very old and not very safe, pots and pans could use some updating.

Overall a lovely stay. Accommodation is part of owners home but remains private with own access and private terrace with outdoor furniture. Well equipped for all our needs. Decor is a little dated but comfortable. Good 20 min downhill walk into Le Lavandou, 30 min steep walk back. Owner is friendly and available if needed, we communicated well with a mix of limited French and English. Would stay again, thank you Catherine

Location conforme à la description ,très bon accueil de la propriétaire qui reste disponible tout en restant discrète. Mme Catherine Berre est très sympathique et répond à toutes les questions concernant cette belle région. Nous reviendrons pour une période plus longue.

Die Wohnung ist einfach ausgestattet, aber es ist alles da, was man braucht. Der Blick von der Terrasse zum Meer ist super, genauso super wie Cathrine, die sich um alles bestens kümmert und bei Problemen gut helfen kann.
