About this house rental
Completely renovated and air-conditioned house, not overlooked, of 120 m2 located in the medieval village of Largentière. All shops (bakery, bars, restaurants, butcher, shops, tobacco, bank, crossroads market etc ...) and medical center, pharmacy are within walking distance. House ideally to share with friends or family with its 4 bedrooms (including 2 parental suites).
A beautiful sunny terrace with garden furniture and Weber barbecue awaits you.
On the ground floor, you will find a large fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, washing machine, dishwasher, hob, oven, etc.) with access to the sunny terrace as well as a dining room.
Upstairs a comfortable lounge awaits you: sofa bed, armchairs, DVD player, stereo, books, board games, children's games also await you, separate toilet on this level as well.
The sleeping arrangements are organized by level:
A first landing (River landing) is composed of a parental suite (garden side) with shower room and adjoining toilet and a second bedroom (view of the church) composed of three sleeping places.
The second landing (Champs landing) composed of its parental suite (view of the church tower) with private bathroom, an independent toilet on the landing, and a second bedroom (garden side) composed of '' a 140 bed and a single bed.
Many water spots nearby:
- Indoor and outdoor pool with 25-meter swimming pool, slides, fun pool 15 minutes from the house (the pearl of water)
- river less than a kilometer away
- lakes ...
Many natural sites: païlive woods, Mont Gerbier des Joncs, Caves of the Madeleine, Chauvet, Pont d'Arc ...

Our house awaits you in any season, summer (many swimming spots, fishing, Orgnac cave, Chauvet cave, farm, night markets, medieval events, Païolives wood, Pont d'Arc, museums, etc.), spring (in our mountains ardéchoises, spa town of Vals les Bains…), winter (Croix de Bauzon station 60 km) and in Autumn (mushroom picking, chestnuts, forest walks, natural sites…).
Medieval castle with entertainment, Gothic church, Provencal and night market 2 steps away.
Great hiking start (GR) 20 meters from the house.
Wifi accessible throughout the house, VMC, heating, air conditioning.
We have provided you with a personal guide allowing us to share our swimming spots, activities, outings, restaurants ... to do during your stay.
Sheets and towels are available for rent in addition. For any stay of at least two consecutive weeks, this rental is free.

Beau gîte, très propre et rénové récemment avec goût. C'est dommage qu'il n'y ait pas eu un ou deux torchons de cuisine ( nous avions louer draps et serviettes de toilettes) pour s'essuyer les mains dans la cuisine et au moins un rouleau de papier toilette pour le premier jour (soir) d'arrivée.

gite fidèle à la description, fonctionnel. L'accueil par Myriam a été spontané et chaleureux. 2 petits détails seraient les bienvenus avec des jeunes enfants: des toilettes au rez-de-chaussée et une barrière pour sécuriser les escaliers.

Des travaux de fond donnant un bon confort, de l espace. Mais des améliorations d aménagement intérieur à apporter: rien de personnalisé, tous les meubles fermés à clé,vaisselle de très basse qualité et insuffisante pour le nombre de personnes , linge de toilette minimum (1 serviette par pers , pas de torchons), 2 lits dont support central cassé, rideaux de douche à changer. Sur la terrasse odeur de fuel venant de la cave. Par ailleurs très bon accueil et accompagnement par la personne sur place. Bonne liaison internet. Bon état de propreté. Climatisation de qualité bien appréciable. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec nos 3 enfants adultes dont un en couple. Chacun profitait des espaces sur les 4 étages pour être ensemble ou plus séparés selon les moments choisis par chacun. Beaucoup de visites à effectuer dans la région proche.beaux lieux de baignade. Bravo pour le guide( gros classeur) préparé avec soin.
