In the heart of Drôme Provençale and the Baronnies, between the Alps and the Mediterranean, Nyons is known for its mild climate, its exceptional sunshine sheltered from the Mistral.
La Conserverie is the former workshop of Dauphinée and Provence Products, an old jam factory located in the Maladrerie district.
This garden level, which has kept the charm of a workshop, is ideally located at the foot of the Roman Bridge, the pedestrian streets, all its shops and entertainment.
The Conserverie, with a surface area of 60 m2, can accommodate between 2 and 4 people.
It benefits from a terrace which overhangs the garden with panoramic view on the mountain (Essaillon and Garde Grosse) at the foot of the Eygues river in which you can swim in the summer.
At your disposal :
- a large living room with TV and internet, dining area
- an equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, induction hob, Nespresso machine, kettle, etc.)
- a bedroom (160x200 bed), storage space, with terrace access and mountain views,
- a small atypical bedroom for 2/3 people and storage (1 140/190 and 80 bed on the mezzanine)
- a bathroom with shower (hairdryer)
- a separate toilet and hand basin
- a cellar with fridge / freezer, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board
- an elevated shaded terrace overlooking the 250 m2 garden with mountain views, garden furniture and deckchairs.

Nous nous sommes régalés dans cet endroit décoré avec goût et idéalement placé. Baigné de lumière grâce aux baies vitrées, cet appartement en rez de chaussé bénéficie d'une magnifique terasse. La situation géographique est idéal puisque vous êtes directement dans le centre de nyons, très beau village de la Drôme provençale.

Zum zweiten Mal waren wir zu Gast. Es war wie beim ersten Mal alles in Ordnung.
Enttäuscht waren wir, dass es sich bei der angegebenen Klimaanlage lediglich um zwei Standlüfter handelte, die die Räume nicht kühlen konnten. Da weicht die Beschreibung von der Realität ab. Bei 40 Grad Tagestemperaturen wäre ein echtes Klimagerät sehr hilfreich gewesen.
