About this apartment rental

Prime location residence "Le PORTIQUE" facing the sea with direct access to the beach, the city center and all amenities is the perfect accommodation to spent your holidays ! This well-appointed building provides a private parking.
Cabin studio on the first floor (with lift) can accomodate up to 4 people with a living area of 24 m² and a seafront terrace facing south-east.
Entrance hall, cupboards, bathroom with toilet, sleeping area with 2 bunk beds (2x80cm). The living room opening onto the terrace features a sofa bed (140 cm) and a TV. Kitchenette equipped with 2 electric burners, fridge and microwave/grill. Parking space. Additional visitor's tax. Rated 1 star. Pets are not alowed
