About this villa rental
In a charming refurbished villa, equipped with air-con and located in a very quiet district, 10 minutes walk from Vence's city centre, its lively and bustling old city, its bars and restaurants, garden-level, large and elegant apartment (80 m2) with 3 rooms, including 2 bedrooms and 1 living room, 2 large and comfortable renovated terraces, including 1 arboured terrace in front of the living room, enjoyable garden provides a pleasant atmosphere. Parking inside the property.
A large private and secured swimming pool (8 m X 4 m) and its large deck recently available, refurbished garden with automatic watering system.
The apartment is equipped with a large living room with a sofa and a small bench, WIFI, TV, a modern fitted kitchen, a first bedroom with a queen-size bed and a large terrace with direct access to the swimming pool and garden, bathroom and toilets, a second bedroom with 2 twin beds and a bathroom. There are additional toilets outside the bedrooms near the second bedroom.
I am living on the second floor, in an apartment fully isolated from the first floor . It allows me to be available at any time, while respecting my guests'privacy.
With several years of experience in welcoming vacationers, I always make sure my guests have a very pleasant trip.
I would be glad to welcome you, make sure that you feel comfortable and have everything at your disposal.
Easy access to the neighbouring hinterland, beaches, coasts and Nice, Cannes, Monaco and even Italy. You can also stay a home and take a break in a very quiet and charming district.

My husband and I stayed in Pierre's lovely house for a little over 3 weeks this July and August (2023), with our small dog. The house is very well situated, being around a 15 minute walk into Vence with only some slight inclines. The house has everything you might need and the pool area is just lovely. Pierre was a charming and tolerant host - I say tolerant as our Jack Russell was something of a nuisance at times and he was very gracious in the way he handled him. Having off-road parking was very helpful and the residence feels exceptionally safe. We liked having different areas to sit/eat and there is always somewhere in shade, even on the hottest days. The air conditioning is great, and the new units in the bedrooms made sleeping very easy. A nice modern bathroom with a walk-in shower was also very welcome. Both a Carrefour and a Mr Bricolage are within walking distance and I would definitely recommend driving just a few minutes up the road to Tourettes Sur Loup - beautiful views! Overall, I would recommend this lovely house to couples, families and dog owners - I just hope your dog is a little quieter than ours! Thank you Pierre for making our stay so special, and thank you for putting up with Stanley 'big ears'!

Très bon séjour, dans une maison de famille au calme, bien agencée et bien équipée.
Pierre est toujours présent, aimable et de bon conseil, tout en restant très discret. C'était un véritable plaisir de partager des moments avec lui. Merci à notre hôte.

Nous avons été accueilli par Pierre, le propriétaire. Un accueil plus qu'agréable!
Toujours souriant, il nous a fait visiter la maison. La piscine est très agréable ! Les 2 terrasses, un vrai +! Sans compter la climatisation qui nous a été indispensable pendant notre séjour.
Le centre de Vence se trouve à 10-15 minutes à pied. Nous y sommes allés quelques fois le matin pour y boire le café ou prendre le petit déjeuner. Il y a également de bons restaurants!
Nous remercions Pierre pour sa gentillesse et pour toutes les info qu'il nous a donné :)
N'hésitez surtout pas à choisir le logement de Pierre!
