Comfortable house, very well equipped and air conditioned, in the heart of the Historic City Center, completely renovated, 100m from the Arena in a quiet area.
It can accommodate up to 8 people.
A reserved parking space in a covered and guarded car park located 200m from the accommodation.
On the 1st floor, there is a bedroom with 2 single beds, another bedroom with 2 bunk beds as well as a bathroom with bath, sink and WC.
On the 2nd floor, there is a bedroom with 1 bed 160, a shower and a sink. This top floor offers, thanks to its large skylights, a splendid view of the starry sky.
On the ground floor, there is in the living room a comfortable sofa bed 160, a well-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, hob, kettle, coffee maker, toaster), there is also a washing machine. dishes, washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board. In the living room, a television with DVD player and high speed WIFI.
This house benefits from a beautiful light thanks to its skylight decorated with a green wall.

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cette maison très confortable au cœur du centre ville d’Arles dans une rue piétonne très calme.

Emplacement parfait près des arènes et du théâtre antique, jolie rénovation et accueil parfait. Chambre des parents et salle de bains principale très bien. Le salon un peu confiné sans vue sur l'extérieur (fenêtre en verre dépoli), le grenier très mansardé, mais globalement très fidèle aux photos et agréable. Nous recommandons.
