The house is located in the Isle neighborhood 500 m from the large beach and 300 m from the Mare and the Pissotte.
It was built in 2007 and is fully equipped with furniture and appliances.
The house has a large living room with open-plan kitchen and 3 bedrooms upstairs: 2 bedrooms with double beds + cot and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 cot.
The house therefore comprises between 6 and 8 beds for adults (sofa bed in the living room).
Everything is provided to accommodate babies and children.
Rent: from 460 € to 750 € depending on season (see table of rates), weekend possibility in low season, deposit and deposit required, cleaning at the expense of the tenant.

Très bon accueil par la personne en charge du gite. Maison très bien située et bien équipée.
Toutefois la propreté du logement reste limite. L'aspirateur ne fonctionne pas du coup il est impossible de faire un nettoyage correct.

Région sympa , le gérant par internet super sympa et a l écoute . Les personnes nous ayant reçut était sympa sauf la dame qui a eu quelques commentaires pas très sympa . A revoir les horaires sur le site. Également a revoir une barrière de sécurité pour les escaliers au moins en haut car avec des jeunes enfant très compliqué . Hygiène passable . La feuille qui donne les instructions pour le départ sont un peu abuser du genre laver la vaisselle même si on ne sent sert pas , faire le nettoyage des plainte ...
