The word Mas means "country home or farmhouse" in Provençal French. This beautiful old farmhouse
has been recently remodeled with the idea of creating the perfect place for a family retreat or for a gathering of friends wanting to spend time together in the South of France.
The house can accommodate up to 14 people. In the main house, there are 3 double rooms and a children's dormitory upstairs. Each room has an en-suite bathroom. On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom/bathroom with a private terrace. The annex is not connected to the main house, but only a few steps away in the central courtyard. It has a large bedroom with 2 double beds and an en-suite bathroom.
There is a sunny pool, with plenty of lounge chairs, some shady areas plus a charming summer kitchen and dining area for poolside lunch or snacks. The pool is heated from May-September. The spacious grounds have lots of places where friends and family can find amusement. Strolling around the property, you will find a swing for children, and lots of space to run and play. For adults, there is a shady spot with a hammock, which is perfect for reading or napping. The lighted pétanque/boules court is close to the house for before or after dinner tournaments.
Inside the house, the well appointed kitchen is centered between the dining room and living room. Historically, a mas has a broad porch decked with vines on the south wall. This is to protect the entrance and provide summer shade. Our house has the perfect porch that you will surely use to relax whenever you can. Whether you are preparing a meal, having a conversation, reading or just relaxing, you will find that every detail has been carefully thought out so that the house feels like home when you first arrive.
The price includes bed linens, bath and pool towels, and cleaning at the end of the stay. At additional cost, you can arrange for a mid-stay cleaning. Contact us about private chefs, cooking lessons, wine tours, etc.

Incredible home and expansive yard! Our family group, ranging in age from 10 to 80, stayed for a week and enjoyed everything the house had to offer - the pool in late afternoon, the boule court, strolling the grounds after dinner. We highly recommend the local chef who provided the most delicious evening meals, allowing us to relax at the home without having to drive to nearby villages for meals. Wifi worked great, allowing one member of our group to work remotely. The house strikes the perfect balance of modern updates, while retaining the old charm and architecture. As expected in old homes, there are a lot of stairs. Sturdy handrails and wide stairs made it possible for our older family members to navigate the home without issue. Highly recommend!

We booked a week in this fantastic Mas for 3 families with children from 1 to 7 years old. The facilities were very nice with plenty of space and equiped with everything you needWe spent a lot of time at the pool area. This area had a small kitchen, shower, toilet, resting area , etc. Just fantasticThe host , Cristophe and Dominque were very helpful all the time. Thank you very much
