About this house rental
The gîte "La Promenade des Dames" is an old, entirely renovated farm with a capacity of 14 people, labeled "Clévacances" (4 keys) and classified "Meublés de Tourisme" (4 stars), located on a large plot at the foot of the Hautes Vosges on the heights of St Etienne les Remiremont in the Massif du Fossard.
Close to all amenities (5 min supermarket, bakery, pharmacy ...) this setting is ideal for holidays with family or friends for 1 or more weeks or a weekend (subject to availability and outside school holidays).
The minimum stay is 2 nights (€ 620 to € 720 depending on the season)

Deposit requested: € 1,000 and as part of a party (birthday ...) or for the New Year period, the deposit will be doubled, or € 2,000 (Refundable immediately after the inventory, or, until '' to 7 days after) (this amount is not cashed, it is just a guarantee in case of incidents)

6 bedrooms, a mezzanine area, a large entrance hall with billiards, 1 integrated kitchen, 1 living room, 1 dining room, 1 relaxation lounge / library, 4 bathrooms, 5 WCs, 1 large gym / games room, 1 laundry / bathroom (1 sink and 1 shower), a large outdoor area with lawn, 2 terraces, a large awning (covered terrace) with 2 pink sandstone basins can allow you to eat quietly in the shade, BBQ , 1 pond (not fenced). Possibility to park your vehicles without any worries. (Note that it is recommended that your vehicles be fitted with snow tires during the winter season.)
The house benefits from a southern exposure (sun from morning to evening) with a superb view of the Remiremont valley, you will reside in the calm of the countryside / mountains. The center of Remiremont is 6 minutes away (TVG station), you are 25 minutes from the Gérardmer ski slopes, 35 minutes from the La Bresse / Hohneck ski slopes, 25 minutes from the city of Epinal and its imagery, 15 minutes from the thermal baths of Plombières les Bains, 1 hour from Nancy and its Place Stanislas, 1 hour from Alsace and its wine route ... You can if you wish to make pretty walks, biking ... forest is located 300 m from the house, you are at the start on foot of many hikes, very pretty places are to be discovered.
The rental includes the supply of linens (bed linen, towels, bath mat, tea towels), provision of an umbrella cot and high chair.
ON REQUEST - During your stay:

Linen change:
Sheet set: € 8
Bathroom linen: (2 towels / person): 4 €
Tea towels (Quantity 5): € 3
Pets are welcome with a supplement of € 8 / night / animal Total amount to be paid locally on arrival.

The Gîte is awesome - many opportunities to play or hang around. More than enough room for us (13 persons) inside and outside so that anyone could also have a bit privacy. The area offers plenty for excursions and shopping.Last but not least, a big thank you to Sandy for the warm welcome and for making our stay perfect with her kindness.

We enjoyed the time so much. It all started with a warm welcome from the owner of the house. We got all the assistance we needed. The house is in a very clean and perfect condition.
The garden and the view is like topping on a cake. We loved it !

We had a great time! The area is beautiful, the house is well stocked and big enough to be able to have some privacy even in a big group. Communication with the host was great - everything was really easy and relaxed. Very much recommended!
