We offer you our "suite29", ideal for 4 people to discover Carnac and its surroundings.
Seaside resort located in the bay of Quiberon, Carnac-beach has all the assets to make you spend excellent holidays: beaches, thalasso, nautical base, tennis, cinema, site arche forget the famous gulf of Morbihan.
Our Suite29 30 m² is "residence pines" has just received a complete renovation of quality and is 300 meters from the beach, 100 m from the supermarket and 900 m from the beach Carnac-center. If you are followers of letting the car sit (on the square numbered parking of the residence, everything can be done on foot or by bike.
Configuration of the apartment: ground floor. Entrance from:
- A small bedroom (2 beds 1 person, closet for storage), large mirror.
- A fully new shower (shower, sink, vanity, toilet suspended, electric towel)
- A sunny living room with open kitchen A / E (ceramic hob, hood, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine. Plenty of storage. And of course everything necessary (dishes, utensils, coffee maker, kettle, toaster ....) at home. Nice cupboard, table, nothing is missing for your comfort.
Rapido a brand new sofa bed with an excellent mattress (opens and closes in 3 shower flat!) for 2 people. Wardrobe closet to store your clothes and all your things. Radiator last generation. Armchair. Pouf. Low table. TV flat screen suspended. A bay window of 4 m long opens the pretty garden of the condominium. Guests can enjoy the sun on the private terrace of 12 sqm (garden furniture, deckchair ...).
If you bring your bikes, a common room is at your disposal.
But we let you go account the benefits of the apartment by yourself.
Our pets are not accepted.
Non-smoking apartment.
Provide bed linen and home.
cleaning fee: € 30 (optional).
Deposit of € 800.
Rental from Saturday from 12:00 until the following Saturday departure before 10:00.
