About this house rental
Large 150 m2 villa with terrace in a 2000 m2 park, completely enclosed at 500 m from the sea. This property is ideal for family holidays all year round, gatherings, family parties, birthdays or yuletide. Enclosed with ancient walls in a park in the heart of the village, 1 km from shopping centre. In a sea shore family village (Langrune-sur-Mer) famous for its tranquillity and the quality of its iodized air very healthy for children. Ideal for enjoying the pleasures of the sea, swimming, fishing and sailing. Perfect for exploring the legendary beaches of June 1944, the magnificent feudal castle of William the Conqueror at Caen, the Women abbey and the Men abbey and the tapestry of the queen Mathilde in Bayeux. This house allows parents to relax in a park where children can play safely.

What a beautiful old fashioned traditional French house this property is. Excellent large beautiful garden with apple and pear trees and even a table tennis table for your use as well as pushbikes and more.
The house although has 5 bedrooms there are only 2 toilets and 2 showers although one is accessed and shared between 2 rooms. There is everything you need in the kitchen and dining cupboards and also access to a large fridge freezer in the outside boiler room.
Situated in a beautiful area with a local shop and bakery and walking distance to the beach. Lots of places to visit and some beautiful beaches along the coast.
Overall we had a fantastic week at Langrune-sur-mer.

We stayed a week in this wonderful house and really enjoyed it. We had all our meals on the patio. The garden is beautiful - very big and fully enclosed so even smaller children can play freely. The location is perfect with walking distance to the bakery, some restaurants and the beach. Very calm surroundings. It is also a perfect base for exploring Normandie with Caen, Bayeux and the landing beaches very close. Our highest recommendations to this house.

Très belle propriété avec un grand jardin clos de murs. Idéal avec des enfants. Grande maison avec beaucoup d'équipement. Très bonne literie. Proche de la mer et très calme (aucun bruit). Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir.
