Located in the village from which springs the famous spring, this independent village house with garden and garage awaits you.
The building is composed of 3 levels:
- Street level: a garage and a bathroom with a shower and a sink
- Garden level: Living / Dining room with sofa bed, kitchen and bar, toilets and a garden of around 150 m²
- Level 'Mezzanine': A mezzanine with 2 individual beds that can be moved together and plenty of storage.

Sehr uriges, kleines Haus mit Garten. Groß genug für drei Erwachsene. Platz in der Garage ( nebst Bad ist das das Erdgeschoss des Hauses) für Fahrräder. Ausgangspunkt für tolle Rennradtouren mit alpinen Pässen. Ispagnac mit Bars, Bäckerei und kleinem Supermarkt in Laufentfernung. Paddeln auf dem Tarn ab St Enimie oder La Malene sehr zu empfehlen. Leckeres Restaurant "Auberge Cévenole" nahe Florac. War ein toller Urlaub.

Bonne location pour les amateurs de silence, une location compacte. En complément le supermarché et la pompe à essence sont à Florac (12 km) A noter le restaurant ''les copains d'abord'' sur la route de ste Enimie et le bureau des moniteurs pédagogues. Idéal pour ceux qui ont besoin d'un gros repos.
